The top two tiers of this custom cake are v-cut, and all tiers are glazed with white chocolate ganache. Pirouettes are dipped in white ganache and border the bottom tier, while a green fondant ribbon and bow wrap around them. The middle tier is covered with white chocolate shavings, and the top tier is adorned with white buttercream scrollwork. Fresh fruit lines the top of each tier, and fresh flowers are used as a topper. Fresh fruit was also used as the filling of this exquisite cake.
