Cancellation Policy for Non-Wedding Orders

ABC Cake Shop requires a half down deposit on all orders. Orders for delivery must be paid in full before the date of delivery. Changes on orders are welcome as long as they are more than 48 hours in advance. A 15% cancellation fee will be applied on all orders being cancelled. You may postpone an order for a later date as long as we have notice of 48 hrs prior to pick up or other fees with be incurred.

Cancellation Policy for Wedding Orders

ABC Cake Shop requires any cancellations of wedding orders to be made in person by the bride or groom. Changes can be made only by persons authorized in writing by the bride and/or groom. A $50 retainer fee is kept on all wedding orders.
