Wedding Cake Tasting & Consultation
Schedule an appointment at our bakery for a wedding cake tasting and consultation. The Elegant tasting is $25, and tasting fees are applied to the balance of the Wedding Cake ordered.
Elegant Tasting: This tasting is designed for those who love cake! Two individual cakes are baked, each one filled with two different fillings, and frosted with buttercream. This allows for a total of 4 different cake and filling combinations to be tried. Any left over cake may be taken home. Share it with others, or not, it’s up to you!
- Two cake flavors and four filling flavors may be selected.
- Have as big or as small of a slice as you want!
Recommended information to know prior to having your first wedding consultation.
- Where is the venue located? If there is a specific ballroom your wedding will be held in?
- Approximately how many guests will be attending? (an exact number is not necessary)
- Do you have a theme or colors for your wedding?
- Do you have a specific spending limit for your wedding cake?
- Feel free to bring in as many images as you will like. These images will help the wedding coordinator to design a cake based on your personal taste.
Terms and Conditions:
- 48 hours notice is needed for a tasting.
- Cake tastings are by appointment only, Tuesday through Thursday 12pm till 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am till 6pm
- The tasting fee is due 48 hours prior to your appointment. Along, with your flavors.
- We will contact you up to 24 hours to confirm your appointment time.
- It is advised to make an appointment for a consultation, however we do accept walk-ins if there are no other appointments at that time.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Up to 4 people may attend the consultation, and please no small children under the age of 12.
- Delivery options will be discussed during your consultation.
- We are not a completely nut-free environment, however we will try our best to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Cake pricing is determined by design and serving amount.
- A non-refundable retainer of $50 is due when you place your Wedding order. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
- Please remember to bring any other sketches, magazine clippings, pictures of other cakes, color swatches or other materials that can be used to help convey your custom cake requirements. Also, please visit our product pages or gallery for ideas.
