Eclair and Chocolate Eclair
Eclair pastry dough called pâte à choux is made by an entirely different method than other pastries. With only a few ingredients, steam trapped inside expands giving this French dessert the typical puffed hollow shape. It is then cut in half and filled with our velvety bavarian cream and dipped in chocolate ganache. Beautiful and tasty buttercream rosebuds are added on top for a look of elegance.
Our chocolate eclairs are made by the same process but with a little twist. They are filled with chocolate bavarian cream to give this pastry the richness of chocolate in every bite.
