This lovely 3-tiered wedding cake is frosted in white buttercream, and adorned with white buttercream “ruffles.”  Fresh red Gerber Daisies are used as a topper and cascade down to the bottom.  This makes a great Summer or Spring wedding cake; try it with a different fruit filling in each tier!
