Iced Cookies – Our iced sugar cookies are simply divine; baked in a variety of shapes, and iced any way you can imagine! Royal icing and buttercream are used to adorn these cookies for a sweet, but more importantly fun treat. We display seasonal shapes and decorations in-store, however you can always special order a custom shape and design with enough notice.
Biscochitos-New Mexico’s state cookie is blended with anise and cinnamon, baked until golden and delicately hand sugared.
Mexican Wedding- A shortbread-like cookie with walnuts, they are hand rolled in powdered sugar and are simply melt-in-your mouth delicious.
Butternut- For those who love traditional Mexican wedding cookies but crave a richer experience. They still have walnuts and are still hand rolled in confectioner’s sugar but have a little added zing to excite your taste buds.
Crescents- I know what you are thinking, “These three cookies look the same!” Crescents are a shortbread-like cookie and they are hand rolled in powdered sugar but instead of walnuts, we decided to add almonds. A subtle change can do wonders to add a new dimension of flavor.
Lace- Originating in Europe, this delicate cookie boasts a blend of brown sugar and finely- chopped almonds. With a devilish chocolate ganche.
